KYC Registration / Modification Forms

All applicants desiring to create a Common Account Number (CAN) should comply with the “Know Your Customer” regulations. If any of the applicants desiring to create a CAN are not KYC compliant, they can download the relevant KYC Registration Forms, fill and submit them along with the required documents as detailed in the respective forms, for the purpose of KYC Registration.

Individual Investors

The duly filled and signed forms along with the required documents as detailed in the respective forms should be submitted at any of the MFU Points of Service (POS) or to MFU Office.
