Option 1 - Completely Electronic eCAN

An option which allows the investors to open a CAN by submitting the data / information / document proof(s) completely ONLINE basis which an eCAN is opened. Option 2 – Physical Form Submission

In line with government focus on driving digital growth and also aligning to AMFI vision on enhancing digitization, as a first step, MFU will discontinue Physical CAN registration (for Individuals) with effective from 1st April 2022.

We thereby welcome you to a complete electronic mode which is an instant & convenient process to open a Common Account Number (CAN)

Under this option, Investors may submit the duly filled and signed CAN Registration Form along with necessary proof documents to the nearest MFU POS.
